Here are some photos I took when I went to visit my aunt and uncle in Florida about 2 years ago. I used my pa pas Pentax ME Super. They have moved to Texas just recently so hopefully I could get the chance to go over and visit them there.

My little brother is taking a gap year and is going traveling around the U.S next summer. Lucky bastard!

Practically perfect in every way

I have just done this t-shirt design that's inspired by Shepard Fairey's Obama "Hope" Poster and all the designers who have been making parodies of the design.

The designers that submitted their designs to Teefury made a lot of money. I just thought I might aswell have a go haha

Yorkshire Animal Shelter

I know this is really late but...

...On Sunday 25th of October I went and visited the shelter to sort out volunteering for my book project.
They said I could come in at 8:30amon the Tuesday to work with a girl called Sarah.

Whilst I was there I thought I may aswell take some photos of some of the animals.

On the Tuesday I got there at about 8:00am and I had to wait half an hour in this room with this kitten.

When Sarah got here we started to sort out the food for the animals. We fed the goats first and then the ponies. We had to clean their coats and hooves, and we had to let them out into the field.

We then did the same for the two horses. This is a photo of Will. The photos are blurry as I wasn't allowed to use flash and it was a really grim day. I had to clean up the stables. It was awful, I got poo all over my shoes and I had to wheelbarrow all the shit to this massive pile next to the field, and it was on a hill as well, I nearly dropped it all for the sheep to enjoy.

The last thing I had to do that day was sort out the chickens. I had to sweep all the chicken poo from the floor of the coop and I had to fill their food trays. My back was absolutely killing!

Then it was time to go home and get to bed as I was up at 5:00am. Sarah said she lived in Little London and I told her I lived in Hyde Park. She didn't even give me a lift home :(

Catch up...

I realized last night I don't post much on here and I'm going to make more of an effort and post more regularly.

ELL ARR GEE tees...

I know it was a while ago but I just put the photos on my computer.

In reading week I decided to print my own t-shirts for my band. I wanted to do some limited Halloween ones as we were playing a Halloween show in Huddersfield.

I drew my design, scanned it in and edited it on photoshop. I then printed it out on 2 A3 sheets. I then stuck them together and traced over it. I wanted to do this because I wanted the print to be bigger than A3.

I got recommended this weird acetate from a technician in the print workshop (think his name was Gary or David...I can't remember). Anyways it was expensive and I made sure I saved some for if I wanted to do anymore t-shirt printing.

Then I prepared the screen and it was so borrrrring! I was just sat in the smoking area rolling cigarette after cigarette whilst waiting for the screen to dry multiple times during the day. I couldn't take any photos whilst in the room where you expose the screens as the flash could've ruined other peoples screens as well as mine. This is the only photo I got of it.

This was the first/test print. As soon as I lifted up the screen after applying the ink it just all seemed worth it, all the waiting and smoking. I was so please with myself.

I ended up doing 20 grey t-shirts to sell at the show, an orange one for one of my housemates, a green for my brother and two vest for a friend and my friends girlfriend.

Screen printing is definitely something I want to get more into. I want try using more colours and bigger designs.

I did this collage about 2 years ago for a little acoustic project I've always wanted to start.
I recorded a track and put it up here not too long ago.

Phil Smith aka Biff is an awesome illustrator from Weymouth who prints his own tees. This is a little poster I got when I ordered one of his tees.

The dove from Noah's Ark that got given the task to look for land.
That must mean that the fate of the human race was once put in the hands of a dove...
